Today, we talked of Jane Eyre and her foolishness for being so overcome with passion as a child, so unable to think rationally and only act with her emotions. And I so instantly felt guilty, due to my behavior in the past few days; that’s the only way my gut reactions know how to be, irrational and unmoving. It’s so strange that someone who can overthink so many things still somehow cannot take any into her own actions.
